The Model 504D MOD 1 Photometric Sphere measures average luminous intensity (mean spherical candela) of subminiature incandescent lamps.
The instrument measures lamps up to two Spherical Candelas (1999.9 Spherical Millicandelas) with a resolution of 0.1 Spherical
Millicandelas over the full range.
Readout is presented in large (0.4” high) digits on a high-contrast Liquid Crystal Display.
Swing mounted sphere allows rapid testing of lamps for quality control or lamp sorting.
Requires user-supplied lamp filament power supply metered for voltage and current. The instrument also provides remote sense connections
for accurate reading of filament voltage.
