For Warranty Repairs and Service
*IMPORTANT*
Have your serial number or invoice number ready before you call. We can use this number to look up your records and verify and correct any
inaccuriacies in your file (making sure we have the correct shipping address, etc.). Do not send any products to WPL without receiving a

Return Material Authorization (RMA) number first; otherwise the shipment will be refused.  To obtain warranty repair authorization,call us at
1-909-597-4889 with the following information ready:
• The product's serial number
• Your name and address
• Your daytime voice phone number
• A description of the problem
• A copy of the original sales receipt

For Walk-in Service
You may drop off a unit in person during business hours. For faster service, call ahead of time for an RMA number.
